Sync address book contacts
You have now enabled contact sync for your Twitter account. You should be able to see suggestions based on your uploaded contact list once Twitter has synced your contacts.
On iPhone
Step 1
Tap on your current profile picture in the Twitter app.

Choose ‘Settings and privacy.’
Step 3
Tap’ Privacy and safety,’ then ‘Discoverability and contacts.’

“Let others find you by your phone.”

Step 1

Tap ‘Remove all contacts’ under the Discoverability and contacts menu. You must approve the deletion of all contacts by tapping the prompt.
It will delete any previously uploaded contacts and deactivate your account’s Sync address book contacts setting on any devices from which you previously decided to sync contacts.
On PC
If you’re using a desktop device, you can remove individual or all contacts from your Twitter account by following this guide.
